Goofy's call: Build your Hollywood Studios morning (Thu, Oct 29) so it works without Rise of the Resistance. Start in Tomorrowland with Test Track, take Smugglers Run first if Resistance is still down at rope drop, then re-check the app early afternoon. Disney rarely announces these delays in advance.
Watch out: Rise of the Resistance opened near 11:50 a.m. on Oct 28 after missing the 9 a.m. start, with cast members giving no estimated opening time at the ride entrance. The park itself runs 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. today.
Coming soon: Disney Jollywood Nights returns Nov 7 at this park, a separately ticketed event running select nights through Jan 5, 2027. Disney Parks Blog just posted its foodie guide, with the new Yuletide Ham Popover headlining.
