Disney's official Foodie Guide, published Oct. 26, says the all-new Santa's Holiday Grove opens that day and runs through Jan. 3, 2027, with the new Peppermint-Chocolate Cookie Dough Brownie Ice Cream Sandwich. On any visit from mid-November into early January, it is an easy detour worth planning.

Worth a stop: Earlier arrivals have their own option. Terra Treats on Discovery Island serves the Festive Cookie Dough Brownie Ice Cream Sandwich from Nov. 6 through Jan. 3, per the same guide.

Coming soon: Most Animal Kingdom holiday items start Nov. 6-10, so a late-November trip sees the fullest menu.
