The 6 PM wrap-up lines up with a separately-ticketed Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party night (7 PM to midnight per the calendar). Rope drop MK at 8 AM if you want the castle, then spend the evening where the lights stay on.
Watch out: A party ticket, not day admission, is what gets you into MK after 6 PM Sunday. Animal Kingdom also shuts at 6 PM, so an evening there is out too.
Worth a stop: EPCOT runs 10 AM to 9 PM, and the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is on through November 21 per Disney's official guide, with dishes like the pumpkin-mascarpone ravioli at Forest & Field. Hollywood Studios also stays open to 9 PM. Explore. Eat. Repeat.
