Hollywood Studios Shuts at 5 — Plan Around It Today

Disney's Hollywood Studios closes at 5 PM tonight for a corporate buyout, so hit it at the 8:30 AM Early Entry if it's on your list, then park-hop to Magic Kingdom (open 'til 10 PM) or EPCOT ('til 9) after 5. Lightning Lane Premier just hit a record $499 a person at Magic Kingdom on peak dates — about $2,000 before tax for a family of four. Ol' Goofy's call: most families get way more from today's Multi Pass at $15-35 a person. Single Pass prices rise November 1 — TRON goes to $25 and Seven Dwarfs to $18 — so this month's the month to buy 'em. Weather's a dream: 79 and not a drop of rain. A-hyuck!
