Two calendar notes for race folks: EPCOT opens at 10 AM on October 23 and 25 for Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend, so sleep in if that's your day. For a sit-down, Remy's Bite of the Day is the Tiramisu at Via Napoli in the Italy pavilion, about $14 on the current menu — a fine dessert to cap a long walk around the World Showcase Lagoon.
