Your first stop? La Poutinerie up at the entrance to World Showcase, where the Bo Ssam Pork Poutine — fries, cheese curds, bo ssam pork, gochujang gravy, kimchi pickles — sits atop plenty of best-of lists this year. Most booths have covered service too, so if that late-day storm window busts open, you can eat and stay dry. A-hyuck!
