Spaceship Earth: Just Leaky, Still Open

A little heads-up for EPCOT folks this week: a leak at Spaceship Earth rerouted the queue on the morning of October 15 — barricades and cast members with umbrellas sent riders around the west side of the sphere, affectin' both Standby and Lightning Lane entrances. Gawrsh, but here's the thing: the ride never stopped operatin'! If you spot the cones, it's a detour, not a closure — and Disney still hasn't announced a closing date for the big reimagining. Meanwhile the Food & Wine Festival runs through November 21, so once ya clear the sphere, plan a booth crawl. Even I couldn't goof up that order.
